In 2001 I became certified and opened my own home inspection business.

I developed my own real estate inspection system that utilizes pictures, graphics and a narrative style of reporting designed to communicate as effectively as possible the condition of a property to the prospective buyer.

Over the course of the following ten years my business came almost solely from referrals and repeat business.

In 2008 I became a certified master home inspector.
